Should Christians Vote for Romney?

I know that this seems like a ludicrous question to most conservatives and those incensed by the state of the economic crisis our nation suffers.  But I think this question deserves serious consideration and prayer.  No one wannts Obama back in the presidency, if we make it that far.  There are so many different scenearios on the horizon, and with legislation that both Bush and Obama have passed, will give the US president control of the country in the event of a national "crisis" however they choose to define it.  But that would be another blog topic.

Something that media have given NO PLAY TIME to is what Mitt Romney, choice of the GOP believes, is, that he thinks he is on his way to becoming a god, of his own planet!!!  Does it sound familiar?  Seems a certain serpent tempted a certain woman a long time ago, and told her that she could become like God (Elohim, not Allah), if she did what he told her.  Are the parallels just coincedence?

Not only does Mitt Romney believe that he is on his way to earning god-hood, but his belief about Jesus, the Son of God, stands traditional Christian belief on its head.  Romney believes that Jesus Christ, the one who died on the cross for our sins (Rom. 5:8), is the spirit-child brother to Lucifer, both children of Father and Mother God!

Recently we have seen a picture of Romney's true morality, when he said he believed it is okay for homosexuals to teach your boys in Boy Scouts, and for young homosexual boys to be members.  It would be an immoral love fest (Biblical greek: pornea)!

And not only this, but the Mormons have a end-time prophecy known as the White-Horse prophecy.  It states that the U.S. Constitution will be hanging by a thread, and it will be saved by a Mormon who is voted into office.  Once he rescues the Constitution and the state of the economy, supposedly all those who once stood against Mormonism will come and apologize.

So, do you understand the problem.  Some people think that though they would not, under normal circumstances, vote for a Mormon to be in office as U.S. president, they must to keep Obama from being re-elected.  But if Romney is voted in, will he be a better choice?  That's a lot of presumption!

And some have accussed Obama of being the antichrist.  I myself personally don't think so, but looking at it logically, the antichrist (of which Romney has that spirit 1 Jn. 2:22),will come in the name of peace, and confirm a seven-year peace treaty with Israel and the Middle East.  Could Romney not as easily fulfill this role?  And with his being a successful businessman, he may fill the role very well!

So who will it be better to vote for?  As for me, I don't plan on voting in this election.  I don't want to cast a vote for either candidate.  For those who understand where we are in the fulfillment of Biblical prophecy, they know it will not make a difference who gets into office.  God's plans will be accomplished, Antichrist will emerge, Christians will (already are) being persecuted, the Jews are going to face the greatest persecution in history, and Yeshua Messiah is going to return and reign in power from Jerusalem for 1,000 years.

As for me, my first allegiance is to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain (Phil 1:21).  My earthly citizenship is American, but my true citizenship is in heaven, from which I eagerly wait for the Savior, Yeshua ha Mashiach (Phil 3:20).
