Yhwh Gathering the Enemies of Israel for Destruction

When we see our World Leaders gathering, and worshipping, honoring Baphomet, the horned transgendered human/goat demon god, and we see his statues being erected around the world, and ancient temples of Baal/Nimrod being re-erected in cities around the world, what can be done?

Let us take confidence and find hope by remembering the End View, the final outcome, for after all, who is really in control?  The Hebrew Prophet Ezekiel brings a warning to the enemies of Israel:

Ezekiel 38:2-9 2 "Son of man, set your face toward Gog of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him 3 and say, 'Thus says the Lord GOD, "Behold, I am against you, O Gog, prince of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal. 4 "I will turn you about and put hooks into your jaws, and I will bring you out, and all your army, horses and horsemen, all of them splendidly attired, a great company with buckler and shield, all of them wielding swords; 5 Persia, Ethiopia and Put with them, all of them with shield and helmet; 6 Gomer with all its troops; Beth-togarmah from the remote parts of the north with all its troops-- many peoples with you. 7 "Be prepared, and prepare yourself, you and all your companies that are assembled about you, and be a guard for them. 8 "After many days you will be summoned; in the latter years you will come into the land that is restored from the sword, whose inhabitants have been gathered from many nations to the mountains of Israel which had been a continual waste; but its people were brought out from the nations, and they are living securely, all of them. 9 "You will go up, you will come like a storm; you will be like a cloud covering the land, you and all your troops, and many peoples with you."

In reading the scriptures here in Ezekiel 38-39, we can see that Yhwh is assembling the last days enemies of Israel, and they will be many, to bring judgment upon them all and to deliver His people Israel (the 13 tribes) from around the world.  There will be judgments and plagues such the like has not been seen since Yhwh delivered Israel from out of Egypt.

Man, with his advanced weaponry, invisibility suits, genetically modified soldiers, etc. being brought out to fight the armies of the living Elohim.  And scripture already gives the outcome of what will be.  It will, and is going to be messy.  But for those who trust in Yhwh, He is their refuge.

As the Psalmist cried out:
Psalm 11:3 3 If the foundations are destroyed, What can the righteous do?"
And the answer is:
Psalm 11:4 4 The LORD is in His holy temple; the LORD'S throne is in heaven; His eyes behold, His eyelids test the sons of men.

Then the Psalm goes on to spell out the final picture, the End View:
Psalm 11:5-7 5 The LORD tests the righteous and the wicked, And the one who loves violence His soul hates. 6 Upon the wicked He will rain snares; Fire and brimstone and burning wind will be the portion of their cup. 7 For the LORD is righteous, He loves righteousness; The upright will behold His face.

Amen.  Maranatha.  Come Lord Yeshua!

The King of Israel Goes to Washington on Purim - Israel Today | Israel News

Beautiful allegory to the Biblical tale of Queen Esther coming before the king to save the Jews, which resulted in the Biblical feast of Purim (Esther 9:26-27).  Is it coincidental Netanyahu is addressing Congress on Purim?

Sound of the shofar - Nehemiah 4:20 - YAHWEH Will Fight For Us

The beauty and significance of this, and Yeshua's coming with the sound of the last Shofar ("trump"), is that the blowing of the Shofar can be blown as a call to war.  This is why Yeshua gives the blow of the Shofar, because He is comming as King of Kings and Lord of Lords!  He IS COMING FOR WAR!!!

The Coming of ISON and the Destruction of America?

I'm not sure about you, but I haven't been watching much about comet ISON/Nibiru/Planet X, and maybe I should have!  I am just now getting to sink my teeth into Exo-Vaticana, by Tom Horn... and as I'm voraciously digging into the book, I read near the beginning about another Catholic prophecy.  This time by the German mystic, St. Hildegard.

Now... my wife doesn't like me putting so much value into the prophecies of groups that teach a different Gospel other than scripture.  Let me make this qualifier: The Catholic church began as the holy Church, of which Jesus Christ is the head, but through the years, as the enemy of our souls infiltrated and corrupted the Church for his own purposes and end-times kingdom, the true Gospel was carried on by the Protest-ant believers, protesting against the unbiblical drift of the Catholic church, and its hypocrisy, leading people to hell.  Now, I'm not entirely familiar with St. Hildegard.  I believe St. Malachy was in relationship with Jesus, and had a prophecy from God.  The coming liars may say otherwise.  But, I'm willing to listen to what Hildegard said.

"Before the Comet comes, many nations, the good excepted, will be scoured with want and famine.  The great nation in the ocean that is inhabited by people of different tribes and descent by an earthquake, storm and tidal waves will be devastated.  It will be divided, and in great part submerged.  That nation will also have many misfortunes at sea, and lose its colonies in the east through a Tiger and a Lion."  (Tom Horn, "Prologue,"  Exo-Vaticana, Defender, Crane, MO. c. 2013. p.xxiv.)

Watching videos on YouTube you have to take it with a grain of salt, but I happened on one I think is legit, that spoke on the topic of ISON, and let his listeners know that military dependents were briefed (in the middle of July, 2013, 4-6 weeks window in advance) that they may need to rapidly evacuate the Coastal areas of the U.S. and may bring no more than the contents they could carry on a plane.  The video can be viewed here.

It's interesting enough that the government is giving its militarys' dependants a heads up to be prepared.  These are interesting times we live in. The verse it brought to mind about the time before Messiah Yeshua's return is:  Luke 21:25   25 "There will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth dismay among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the waves.  Could this be what the Verse is referring to?

I do not write this to help facilitate a spirit of fear (2 Tim 1:7).  Fear is sin, and the wages of sin is death/disease/sickness.  My hope is in the Most High, El Elyon, and His soon returning Son, Jesus Christ (Yeshua haMashiach).  We do not live in fear.  The Adonai gave us authority over the demons (Lk. 10:19-20)!

Is The Rapture Of the Jews?

I don't know about you, but when it comes to the timing of the Rapture, through the years I've gone through the gamut of different positions of scriptural teaching.  The real problem is that I couldn't reconcile all of the scriptures.

Over the past several years I moved between Pre-Trib and Mid-Trib (or Pre-Wrath) views.  But through this time, the LORD has been gradually moving me to understand more about the Jewishness of Christianity.  The Apostle Paul  taught in his epic work, Romans, that the Gentile believers are like a wild olive branch, literally grafted into the cultivated tree of Israel (Rom. 11:17-21).

Most who hold to the Pre-Tribulational view of the Rapture see it as a rescue from heaven of essentially the Gentile church, while the Jews go through all the trials of the tribulation and its Psuedo-Christ.  In many ways, the Gentile Church did hijack Christianity!  But when we start looking at it through the lens of the Jewish author, and making it about the covenant promises Yahweh made to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, one starts to understand the passages a little more consistently (at least, I feel like that has been my experience).

Most Pre-Trib believers take 1 Thess. 4:16-17 as the basis for their view, and hold that chapter 5 is speaking of a later event, namely Armageddon.  But the one scripture that sounded Post-Tribulational to me, which I could not reconcile within my Pre-Tribulational grid-work, was the passage in Revelation 20:4-5.  It speaks of the aftermath of Christ returning at the end of the 'Seventieth Seven,' the Tribulational period, where Messiah Yeshua defeats the Pseudo-Christ who has taken over the nations of the world.  At this point many believers who were executed/persecuted during the tribulation tiime, are raised to life, and reign with Christ for the 1,000 year reign.  Scripture says that this is the first resurrection.

The sequential timing spelled out in this passage is pretty obvious.  And if we realize that God's fulfillment of his promises of giving the land to the descendants of Israel, did not cease at any point to be about Israel, and pass to the Gentiles, but God is the same yesterday, today and forever.  He is even today dealing with the nations according to the promise to "curse those who curse [Israel] and bless those who bless [Israel] (Gen. 12:3)."

The "Old Covenant" did not die or cease the way that most Gentile believers think that it ended.  The fact that the Jews are reestablishing their Temple, and will resume it, and that the entire world will celebrate the Feast of Booths under the reign of the Messiah (Zech. 14:16)  It was our justification by faith by grace that was fulfilled in Christ.  Yeshua said, "Do not think I came to abolish the law or the prophets.  I did not come to abolish them, but to fulfill them"  (Mt. 5:18).

So when Gentile believers re-awake to the fact that the faith is first and primarily a Jewish faith, we understand that the LORD is not promising to make a special rescue of a privileged group.  God is fulfilling His promises to Abraham.  We are told, the gospel is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes, FIRST THE JEW, then the Gentile (Rom. 1:16).  Yeshua told us "Salvation is of the Jews" (John 4:22).

One of the key scriptural passages that helped me to bring the scriptures together, is Romans 11:15.  Paul teaches us, "If their rejection [of Messiah] is the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be, but life from the dead."  For me, this verse was key in reconciling together 1 Thess. 4:16 and Rev. 20.  1 Thess. 4:16 speaks of the dead in Christ rising first, and then the remaining believers being caught up together with them, and Revelation 20 speaks of the first resurrection taking place at the end of the Tribulation.  These are one and the same!  Zechariah 12:10 speaks of Christ returning to save Israel and destroy the nations of the world coming against her.  The LORD, Yahweh, says, "Then they will look on Me, whom they have pierced!"

The Jews will recognize that they crucified their LORD and God, and with the spirit of supplication and grace He pours out on them, the receive Him as their Messiah (Zech. 12:10).  And the result will be life from the dead!

Huge Explosion in Damascus!

As the civil war continues on in Syria, one wonders if the Isaiah 17:1 prophecy of Damscus' destruction is not caused by Bashr al-Assad himself.  But on a closer reading it appears that Israel is the one who pays the final crushing blow to the city.  In fact, when you read verses 13 and 14, it seems that it may take place during the ongoing war with the other nations named in Psalm 83, which leads to the delegation and (no doubt) UN members who make a peace treaty, out of which will arise the one world leader.

Tomorrow on the 26th, there was a large explosion in Damascus, though not much is being reported on it yet.  Apparently this has been done by Assad's party against the Syrian rebels.  But according to Isaiah 17, if Israel is going to destroy the capital, Syria or the Muslim parties must somehow bring the attack or the war onto Israeli soil.  Perhaps all the countries as they are stocking up on arms, are conspiring to bring a united, synchronized attack on Israel.

Right now I am reading L.A. Marzulli's book, Prophecy, Politics and the Supernatural.  I know it's about 5 years late, but I figured, better late than never, eh?  Anyways, he speculates in it that after a great war, the "aliens" (i.e. fallen angels) will unveil themselves and make contact to intervene and help preserve mankind.  It would also be at this time that world leaders will come together, and they will work out a peace plan with Israel and the survivors of the Middle East.  The Jews are at this time going to rebuild the temple, for scripture to be fulfilled.

As a Christian man who follows Y'shua ha Mashiac, I desire peace, and want the good of all these people in the Middle East that they will come to know Messiah and be reconciled to G_d (Jn 17:3, 14:6).  But as a man of faith, I look and see that all the prophecies are being fulfilled, and many that precede the second coming of Messiah in power and glory, the battle known as Armageddon (Zech. 12:1-10), and I am excited to know that my Savior is soon returning!  And I know that my G_d is faithful to accomplish all He promised in His Word!  Amen, Maranatha!

End of the World - May 21st

I know this news has been out there for a little bit.  According to the calculations of Harold Camping, the "end of the world" will be on May 21st.

It's pretty easy to refute.  Jesus said that no man would know the day nor the hour, though he did say that you will know the season.  His disciples had asked him what would be the signs of His return, and when would He restore the kingdom to Israel (the very thing our world leaders are trying to reverse right now - Gen. 12:3)?
He responded and gave them a description of the signs that will signal His near return.  Normally, I would cite Matthew 24, but the same dialogue, or aspects of it,  is also recorded in Mark 13 and Luke 21.

First he says, "See to it that you are not misled; for many will come in My name, saying, 'I am He,' and, 'The time is near.' Do not go after them. Luke 21:8 (NASB95)

He goes on to tell his disciples, "When you hear of wars and disturbances, do not be terrified; for these things must take place first, but the end does not follow immediately." Luke 21:9 (NASB95)

So he tells us here that when we see the wars and disturbances, not to be terrified, for the end does not follow immediately.  Jesus continues,
10 Then He continued by saying to them, "Nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, 11 and there will be great earthquakes, and in various places plagues and famines; and there will be terrors and great signs from heaven. Luke 21:10-11 (NASB95)

Some think that here he was referring to Is. 19:2, which I've previously mentioned in this blog, when he tells them that "Nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom."  From here He warns them in vss. 12-19 of the persecution that is to precede and coincide all these events for those who follow His teaching
Then He tells how to discern that the end time is nigh for His return.  Is it a time of prosperity and Israeli-Judeo renaisance?  It's not.  one of the key signs of Christ's soon return is that of Jerusalem being surrounded by armies.  20 "But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then recognize that her desolation is near.
Luke 21:20 (NASB95)

I've said before, "Israel is God's time-clock."  By watching the nation of Israel, we can see the aproximate timing of things.  Now about Harold Camping's prediction, because he said it, I know that it will not occur then, though that'd be great!  It's the day after my birthday, and my wife's is May 22nd, so, it'd be the perfect birthday present!  By Camping making this assertion, it just lends incredulity to the Christian truth, and it distracts earnest believers from the real task at hand.

The apostle Paul tells us that "our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."  Eph 6:12 (NASB95)  This world in this last hour is being directed by demonic forces, guiding us all into a one-world system, one government, one currency and one religion (new age "oneness" spirituality).  Many are still held captive in their sins, and are under condemnation, for they do not know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. (Jn. 3:16-18)

A quick run-down on the end-time schedule.  The scripture gives three end-time battles before the return of Christ in power and glory (Zech. 14:9).  There will be the soon, maybe now forming battle of Ps. 83, against all the neighboring countries, the Philistines and descendents of Esau, who are mostly Muslim and out to destroy Israel.  This battle is coming soon.  Shortly following this, there will be an invasion against Israel, led by Russia (Magog) and Iran (Persia) against the quiet land of Israel.  It will have other Muslim countries like Libya (Phut) and Sudan (Cush) involved in it.  This will be the greatest display of YHWH's power since the days Israel fled Egypt under Moses.  It should also be the final battle to end Islam, as the disillusioned Muslims drop the hateful teachings of their religion, as the goal of their religion (destruction of the Jews and global Caliphate) is not realized.

Hopefully many at this time will turn to Christ and to His saving grace, for the cleansing and forgiveness of their sins.  It is not too early today, if you do not know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior, you can place your trust in Him today.  The Savior invites you, 28 "Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. 29 "Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS. 30 "For My yoke is easy and My burden is light."
Matt 11:28-30 (NASB95)

Will Armageddon be May 15th?

I've had to do some moving around lately, and have been quite busy.  Therefore I took a break from the news, and posting blogs.  And what happens?  We get some of the juiciest news to come out of the grape vine.

Turns out it seems the Palestinians are trying a new ploy.  They have posted on Facebook a call for all Palestinians and the international community to join them to realize a "Right to Return" to "the homeland" of all the Palestinian Muslims.

They are to march into Israel, supposedly unarmed, except for pots and spoons to bang, and a few other supplies to protect agains tear gas and rubber bullets, according to the WND article: http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=281293

So will this turn out to be Armageddon?  The prophet Zechariah spoke of a day when the nations of the world would converge on Israel, and that the LORD of hosts [armies], would make Jerusalem [i.e. Zion] a stone to heavy to lift, and all who lifted it would be smashed to pieces (Zech 12:3).

It sounds scary for sure... but I'm not so sure that this battle describes what is happening today in Israel.  In the context of chapters 12-14, this appears to be speaking of the final battle before the millenial reign of Messiah, when the nation of Israel looks on "Me whom they have pierced" (Zech. 12:10; Ps. 22:16).

There are three battles mentioned in the last days leading up to the return of the promised Jewish deliverer.  They are Psalm 83, Ezekiel 38-39 and Zech. 12-14.  The conflagration of nations marching in against Israel who was restored to her historic land in 1948 by the U.N., seems to be described more by the words in Psalm 83.

4They have said, "Come, and let us wipe them out as a nation,

That the name of Israel be remembered no more."
5For they have conspired together with one mind;
Against You they make a covenant:
6The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites,
Moab and the Hagrites;
7Gebal and Ammon and Amalek,
Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre;
8Assyria also has joined with them;
They have become a help to the children of Lot. Selah.
9Deal with them as with Midian,
As with Sisera and Jabin at the torrent of Kishon,
10Who were destroyed at En-dor,
Who became as dung for the ground.
11Make their nobles like Oreb and Zeeb
And all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna,
12Who said, "Let us possess for ourselves
The pastures of God."

The nations named here in this passage are the modern equivalents of Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Egypt.  None of these countries are mentioned in the battle of Magog [Russia] in Ezekiel 38, also leading Muslim allied forces.  It could be that this faceoff, this confrontation results in the destruction of these peoples, and a war of the size and extent that has not been seen yet.

And this will move the prophetic description in place, of Ezekiel 38, "a people, brought out from among the nations... living in unwalled villages... who are at rest, that live securely... living without walls and... no bars or gates" (Ezek. 38:8,11).

According to the Psalm, it sounds like the results of the war will be catastrophic.  But they are fulfilling the will of the Lord.  "He makes everything for its own purpose, even the wicked, for the day of destruction" Pr. 16:4.

But the purposes of the LORD, Yhvh, are clear from the last three verses:

16 Fill their faces with dishonor,

That they may seek Your name, O LORD.
17Let them be ashamed and dismayed forever,
And let them be humiliated and perish,
18That they may know that You alone, whose name is the LORD,
Are the Most High over all the earth.

God's intent is that people turn to Him in repentence, recognizing that He alone is the one true God.  And at the last day, all who rejected His offer of salvation, will stand without excuse.  For all who call on the name of the LORD will be saved.

Have you turned to Him in repentence, making Him LORD of your life?  If you have not, there is still a little time.  Repent today, that you may have life!

Passionate Letter to an Old Friend

This is a letter I wrote to a friend, minus some personal family content; some evidences hopefully to help him believe.

Hasn't it been fascinating to watch the whole Middle-East situation? Doesn't it seem like Jerusalem is becoming a stone too heavy for the peoples to lift? Even many of the "evangelical churches" and many in the so-called Roman Catholic Church are turning against Israel. And these have been some of their closest allies. I'm not sure how much of the news you've seen, I know you're a bright, informed guy. ;-)

In fact, the prophet Zechariah, foretold that one day all the nations would come against the nation of Israel, that they would all gather against her to destroy her! That days is fast approaching!

2 "Behold, I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that causes reeling to all the peoples around; and when the siege is against Jerusalem, it will also be against Judah. 3 "It will come about in that day that I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples; all who lift it will be severely injured . And all the nations of the earth will be gathered against it.

Zech 12:2-3 (NASB95)

Isn't that so fascinating? The prophet declared this around 2400 yrs ago, and we see the prophesy of Almight God's word being fulfilled. In these verses, the "I" who is speaking is the LORD (all caps) which signifies Yahweh, the name God revealed to Moses, and the name by which He declared He would forever more be known. What's interesting is looking at this and reading Yahweh's persepective. We see all the hostilities and U.N. council meetings and flotillas and Gaza blockade incursions, and Israel bending over backwards to make concessions... but Yahweh says He is doing it!

And just why is He doing all this to His supposedly "chosen people"? Well, the Bible teaches us that everything that God does is for the glory of His great name. The reason that is good, and not entirely selfish and evil, is that His glory is in doing good to the people He has chosen, the elect. Now this doesn't include all of the Jews. Some of them, but even the apostle Paul says "Not all who are descended from Abraham are Jews, but only those who are of the faith of Abraham are Jews."

16 For this reason it is by faith, in order that it may be in accordance with grace, so that the promise will be guaranteed to all the descendants, not only to those who are of the Law, but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all, Romans 4:16

2 For if Abraham was justified by works, he has something to boast about, but not before God. 3 For what does the Scripture say? "ABRAHAM BELIEVED GOD, AND IT WAS CREDITED TO HIM AS RIGHTEOUSNESS." 4 Now to the one who works, his wage is not credited as a favor, but as what is due. 5 But to the one who does not work, but believes in Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is credited as righteousness, 6 just as David also speaks of the blessing on the man to whom God credits righteousness apart from works: 7 "BLESSED ARE THOSE WHOSE LAWLESS DEEDS HAVE BEEN FORGIVEN, AND WHOSE SINS HAVE BEEN COVERED. 8 "BLESSED IS THE MAN WHOSE SIN THE LORD WILL NOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT." Romans 4:2-8

Ali... we can see from the prophets words, that the message they declared from the Holy Spirit is being fulfilled in our lives, even today in our lives. If these judgments that God has pronounced against the Jews (and the other nations) are coming true, shouldn't we assume the rest of His Word which He promised to defend, is coming true?

For You have magnified Your word according to all Your name. Psalms 138:2 (NASB95)

Zechariah goes on to tell us why Yahweh, our great God HImself, makes Israel, even Zion itself, as a stone on which the nations who try to lift get hurt. 2 For I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem to battle, and the city will be captured, the houses plundered, the women ravished and half of the city exiled, but the rest of the people will not be cut off from the city. 3 Then the LORD will go forth and fight against those nations, as when He fights on a day of battle. 4 In that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, which is in front of Jerusalem on the east; and the Mount of Olives will be split in its middle from east to west by a very large valley, so that half of the mountain will move toward the north and the other half toward the south... 6 In that day there will be no light; the luminaries will dwindle. 7 For it will be a unique day which is known to the LORD, neither day nor night, but it will come about that at evening time there will be light. 8 And in that day living waters will flow out of Jerusalem, half of them toward the eastern sea and the other half toward the western sea; it will be in summer as well as in winter. 9 And YAHWH will be king over all the earth; in that day the YAHWEH will be the only one, and His name the only one.

Zech 14:2-4, 6-9 (NASB95)

And there you have it. That is why right now, God is letting the Muslim nations, Ahmad., Hizbullah, Al-Qaeda, Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Russia, U.S., etc. gather against Israel. For His glory. He is gathering them to destroy and annihilate all His enemies in the confrontation of confrontations, in the valley of Armageddon, where He will destroy them, with blood to a horse's bridle flowing from the scene. He's doing it for His glory, to defend those who are His by faith in the resurrected Lord Jesus Christ.

Could you follow all of this as I try to explain it to you? Does this make sense to you? Please, friend, I want you to ask me questions. If you have sincere questions, my friend, I want you to understand what is happening, for the salvation of your soul. My friend, I am not concerned if you are on "my side" or whose side ethnically/politically, but I want you to get right with YAHWEH (God). I know that in Islam, there is no true wiping away (forgiveness) of sins, that you stand before Allah, and he weighs your good against the bad. Not so with Yahweh. Those who are of the faith of Abraham, who trust in God's Messiah, the resurrected and coming Christ Jesus, thier sins are wiped cleaned, and God credits to them the sinless righteousness of Jesus. "God made Him who had no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him." (2 Cor 5:21).

Blessings to you my friend. May you come to know Yahweh's righteousness.

"This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Chriset whom You have sent." John 17:3
