Durban III and the End Approaching
Durban III: An Anti-Israel Forum Takes Shape | The Weekly Standard
Turns out the United Nations continues to persecute the nation of Israel. Isn't it interesting how through the Durban declaration, they accuse Israel of racism, while the people who want Israel's land have openly declared that they want to destroy Israel. And not only this, but their religous book has as its end-time goal, the abolishment of the Jews. Can anyone see racism inherent in this?
This declaration by the UN is nothing but political posturing so that they may justify their actions in destroying the Jewish people. But the Bible declares the Jews as the chosen people of God, through whom the world's Messiah, our Redeemer would, has, and will come!
Revelation 12 tells us that the dragon (i.e. Satan) persecutes the woman (Israel) who has the sun as her crown, the moon at her feet, and twelve stars around her head (the twelve tribes of Israel). As the dragon could not eat her child, who is to rule the world (our Lord Jesus Christ), he turns against the woman to kill her. And so the U.N. is merely doing the will of its Father (1 Jn 5:19).
And we will see more of this to come. As tensions mount in the Middle East with Turkey, Egypt, Al-Qaeda, Iran, Hezbollah (all Muslim), it appears the war predicted in Ps. 83 is about to be carried out. This may be the same as the battle of Ezekiel 38, but if they are indeed different battles (as the nations named in each chapter are different nations today) we will see Israel have some major military victories shortly in the days ahead.
The Bible's words are being fulfilled very quickly today, and it appears the patience of the LORD is running out, and all those that do not believe the truth, and do not obey the gospel of the Lord Jesus, will be destroyed with an everlasting destruction, shut out from the prescence of the LORD. (2 Thess. 1:7-9)
The prophetic words of scripture are being fulfilled very quickly in our time. If you do not know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, turn from your sins and cry out to Him to save you from them and receive His forgiveness and Lordship over your life. (Rom. 10:9-10, 13)
