Russia Planning a War?

Something very interesting has come up recently.  Russia has ordered 5,000 new bomb shelters to be constructed in Moscow.

Of course they play it off saying that there is no war being planned... "it's just that the old shelters are out-date and only house half the city's population" (my paraphrase).  Yeah, right.

The pieces for Ezekiel 38 seem to come into place more and more...
